Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your donors’ information is safe and secure.
PayPal is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection in place to keep you relatively safe online. PayPal is secured and encrypted.
After the order is paid and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Then during the next 2-5 business days, we will fulfill your order. At the moment your order is prepared and sent, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the tracking code. In case something went wrong, do not hesitate to contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
Our framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment. The average weight of one framed poster is 2 kg.
For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete payments without registration. Just click on the “Pay now” button, which is all you need to make the payment without opening a PayPal account yourself.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Ulla Leigh reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
